Thank you for visiting me, my name is La Tonya M. Shaw and I have a passion for knowledge and getting to know the world around me.  I have a background in business ownership and have become a serial entrepreneur.  Starting and operating your very own business offers the opportunity to experience freedom and financial independence.  The experience is challenging and at time heart breaking, it seems when people join the pursuit to become wealthy the opposite may happen.  The journey's reward is often what's gained over the years in memories and taking risks that will pay off with later ideas.  I've learned that failure and mistakes create millionaires and future leaders.  Those afraid to take the risks are clearly not meant to step onto the road of business ownership.  

Currently I'm building an athletic casual footwear brand named Kurbuhaun.  I design custom footwear, tee shirts, mugs and other gifts for people interested in wearing modern trends.

I'm also an epileptic and feel such a condition does not have to be the end of an independent lifestyle. My socially responsible organization " Teen Entrepreneurs with Epilepsy" was created to help young teens with epilepsy think about starting and operating their own businesses.
